Hi, I’m Dr. Lindsay Solfelt!

I’m a psychologist and mom of three who is passionate about supporting others through transitions, loss, perinatal mental health concerns, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. It is an honor each time I’m invited to join a client’s journey of healing and growth.

As a therapist, I draw inspiration from Kintsugi—the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. This practice honors flaws and imperfections by emphasizing them instead of hiding them. The final product is even more beautiful and unique than it was at the start. In the same way, I help you find meaning in past experiences and discover the beauty of acceptance and the power of resilience as you look to the future with hope. Like the gold seams in pottery, the healing process can reveal your inner strength and beauty, guiding you toward growth and a deeper connection with yourself.
