kindling therapy Co. |
therapy in Eagle, Boise & idaho
I help individuals and couples rediscover and nurture connections within themselves and with each other.
We all need support sometimes. That doesn’t mean that you’re broken. It means that you’re human.
That’s who I support at my practice, humans trying to make their way through life with more clarity, joy, and connection.
Together, we'll uncover your strength to foster a life of meaning and resilience.
Hi there!
I’m Dr. Lindsay Solfelt
I’M A BOISE THERAPIST PASSIONATE ABOUT HELPING PEOPLE THRIVE NO MATTER WHAT LIFE THROWS THEIR WAY
One of the parts I love most about my work is providing a space where people feel truly heard and understood. Life can pull us in so many directions—whether you’re balancing relationships, work, family, or personal goals. It’s easy to lose sight of yourself or feel overwhelmed by everything on your plate.
I started Kindling Therapy Co. to help individuals and couples reconnect with themselves, their values, and the people who matter most to them. It’s a space to be honest about the messy and joyful parts of life, to feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
I deeply relate to the challenge of juggling multiple roles while striving to live a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
My Approach
I take an active role in therapy to help guide sessions, but I also see you as the expert on your lived experiences. Together, we’ll identify your goals and explore how treatment can help you achieve them.
I believe you deserve care that’s tailored to your unique needs, goals, and preferences. Using evidence-based treatments warmly and relationally, I create a space where you feel welcome, safe, and supported while knowing you’re receiving effective strategies that truly work.
I’ll be real and honest with you as we navigate this journey. My goal is to help you build self-confidence, align your life with what matters most to you, and approach challenges with intention—not by trying to eliminate emotions or thoughts, but by learning how to live fully alongside them.
INTERESTED IN WORKING TOGETHER?
I’d be honored to join you on your journey.
I offer free 15-minute consultations, so that we can discuss what you’re looking for and if my services are the best fit for you.
Am I the Therapist for You?
Therapy with me is collaborative and typically a great match for individuals and couples who are ready to dig deeper, embrace growth, and create meaningful change. My clients often include:
Individuals who feel stuck at this point in their lives, relationships, or careers. They want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, or make changes.
New parents navigating the ups and downs of parenthood. They feel disconnected or lost and want to reconnect with themselves and/or their partner.
Couples who want to strengthen or rebuild their connection, communicate better, and find a path forward together.
If you’re open to exploring your emotions, reflecting on your patterns, and making changes inside and outside of therapy, I’ll provide the tools, structure, and support to help you thrive. Together, we’ll work to understand where you are, identify where you want to go, and create a plan to get there—one step at a time.
Facts about me
My Values
-
Therapy is most effective when you feel free to be yourself. I create a therapy space where you can explore openly, free from judgment. I also work to bring my authentic self to sessions and will always be direct, honest, and gentle with you.
-
There is so much power to be found in connection with ourselves and others. I foster a therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect so that you feel heard and seen. I encourage clients to slow down and be present in the moment. This promotes grounding and connection with yourself which lays the foundation for deep healing.
-
My practice centers on providing kindness and understanding to each client. I truly believe that people can grow and make changes in their lives when they have consistent non-judgmental care and support. When you come to therapy, I’ll meet you where you are. While I’ll challenge you to explore new perspectives and try out different strategies, we’ll still go at your speed.
-
Therapy is more than a space to address challenges and painful past experiences. It’s a place to celebrate your wins, no matter how small. When you honor progress toward your goals, you reinforce your efforts to make positive changes in your life.
I also believe that there is always room for joy, even in difficult times. My goal is to help you rediscover joy and create a life aligned with your values and purpose.
